Sarah is originally from Southern California, where she began her dance journey at the age of 9 at Pacific Dance in Irvine. Starting with Ballet, she quickly expanded her repertoire to include Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, and Musical Theater. Sarah competed for eight years and was also a member of her high school Varsity Dance Team for four years, serving as captain for one.
After graduating high school, Sarah moved to Seattle to attend Seattle University, where she studied Sport and Exercise Science while continuing her dance career. She danced on the SU dance team for four years and served as captain for one, intensifying her training in hip-hop and pom during her time there. Following her undergraduate studies, Sarah relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her Master’s degree in Biokinesiology at USC. While there, she was a member of the Trojan Dance Force for a year, training under renowned Pro-Action choreographers and focusing on hip-hop, jazz, and pom.
Now back in the Pacific Northwest, Sarah is excited to be part of the Elevate Dance family!
